That's right....I had a Kangaroo Fillet for dinner tonight. Poor Skippy, I know. It was REALLY good. It was very lean, and tasted a lot like Venison. I highly recommend it if you come to visit me here :) Here is a picture of my lovely meal!!

ReplyDeleteI can't believe you did it. I refused when I was there before but might give in when I come visit at Christmas. But I will never try Vegemite again!!

ReplyDeleteI think it's weird that Kangaroos are somehow in a different category than cows, pigs and chickens. Meat is meat. :-) Unless it's a domesticated animal.
